Qing Ming Weekend
It is well and truly spring time, with beautiful blossoms of all different colours popping up all around. Over the Qing Ming long weekend, we went to enjoy the beautiful scenery created by these blossoms and to enjoy a Chinese style barbecue by the lake, complete with pigs ears and lotus root.
